This company has hands down the worst customer service of ANY service company I've ever worked with. Unfortunately I have had to work with them repeatedly as they are the only company in Toronto that services our stove (Capital - came with the house - should have just thrown it in the garbage!). We have spent a lot of money over the years on this stove and have never once had a positive experience (never get back to us, don't follow up on anything, can't even quote the price for a part). Most recently, the convection button on our stove won't stay on. We explained that before they came. When they came they needed to order a part and said they would have it in about a week. 2 weeks later, no news, I call back, wait on hold for over 30 minutes to be told that they can not reach their parts department or look up whether a part was ordered on the computer. She was going to have to call the parts department, who would call the ordering department who would call Capital to find out about the part (a small 25$ part). It will take about 2 days. One week later, still no news. I call back, wait 45 minutes on hold, to be told that she called the parts department, but the part hasn't arrived. She will call me later today or tomorrow with news about where the part is and when it will arrive. I am not holding my breath. I cannot wait, we are moving in 2 months and will never have to deal with Elite again. I gave them one star (as opposed to 0) to acknowledge the fact that Capital bears some of the responsibility for the problem.
