Yesterday I had a Larry, the repair technician, come in to service my Samsung washer and range. He was most polite, thorough and patient in his explanations, making sure I understood what was happening. While I'm very disappointed with my range (energy efficient models suck), I was very happy with the service I received. I would definitely use this company again (but I may ask for Larry to return).
