My Samsung dryer was making very loud grinding noise when it's operating. Lucky that it's still covered by Lowes Warranty. I called them to create my work order(order number :435577). Elite Appliance Service came to fix my dryer. The technician had prepared the required parts for replace. It only took him 15-20 min to finish the repair. He's very knowledgeable and patience to explain to me where the problems were, how the replaced parts(new design) wouldn't wear out as the old parts.
