We purchased a new LG oven/range and when unpacking it we saw some of the packing styrofoam was stuck in the oven door between the glass.
We called LG as the appliance is under warranty. They sent Elite Appliance Service. The technician arrived on time and new exactly what to do. He was in and out in 20 minutes.
A great experience with a brand new appliance. I would definitely call upon Elite Appliance again.
