Our appliances are covered by an extended warranty and of the companies that service repairs, Elite is by far the best.
Recently they switched to a text message system to set up and confirm appointments, which I found far more efficient than doing it over the phone.
The technician was very conscientious and went over and above to ensure that our dishwasher was running correctly before he left.
I would definitely call them first for any appliance repairs.
