My new Samsung dryer stopped heating after just a few uses and I have to call Samsung for repair. They sent Elite appliances as their contractor. The scheduling for the first appointment was kinda a joke as I was never contacted and received a SMS after 3 days saying the repair was completed. I had to call them again to reschedule another appointment. The technicians arrived on time and quickly identified the issue. It turned out one of my fuses burnt out and they educated me how to install a fuse properly (may due to that it was not screwed tightly enough). The entire repair was done within 15 mins and their technicians are very courteous. I would recommend their service but their scheduling could have done better, not like my case closed my ticket even without anyone contacted me. This is in reference to order 4145408139.
