Very happy with the customer service and technician. Love getting txt alert when service call will happen and when he was 20min away. Very happy that technician was able to fix problem on the spot and not have to return. He was very polite and I was happy he took his shoes off without me asking :) he was very organized and worked efficiently. Technician also called a few days later to follow up and make sure fridge worked.
