I had Elite Appliance Service out to fix a problem with brand new dryer. I appreciated the text advising when the technician would be at my home. I also appreciated the follow up text asking if I was pleased with the service. Yes. The technician was very polite & helpful. I will definitely call Elite Appliance next time I need service.
