Elite were engaged by Samsung to address refrigerator/freezer warranty concerns. The entire process was handled seamlessly from their initial email and phone contacts to the completion of the service visit. the serviceman arrived on time and promptly made the necessary adjustments and provided helpful advice on how to avoid a repeat of the problem.
On a humorous note the serviceman was ideally proportioned for the work as he performed the work while sequestered apparently comfortably inside the freezer housing.
