Called Samsung and they ordered a service person to come out to correct the stove problem. They made an appointment and
came on time. The service man was very courteous and had
never seen a problem like that before on a Samsung stove.
Product under warranty. The service person was on time,
polite, efficient and fixed my stove in 10 minutes. I was very happy with his service.
