I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have spent in excess of $1600 on repairing my Viking Fridge and Freezer combo and the repair has still not been resolved, After replacing the mother board and other electronic components and the ice maker the freezer is to having a large amount of ice build up with no ice blocks generated. I am starting to question the competence of the technitian as after repair the refridgerator electronic panel is not properly installed and is loose. I would really like job Elite Appliance agreed to do to be done correctly Invoice # 183443.
