Viktoria Professional Movers

A friend recommended Viktoria Moving Company to me and so from that recommendation I called. Booking was easy and simple. Having many moving experiences in the past I am always concerned with the day that the move happens, but with Viktoria there were no concerns. The team of 2 arrived on time, were polite, personable, EXTREMELY careful with all of my furniture and belongings and then on top of that they were efficient and fast. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely use Viktoria again. Cormack was the lead of the team that came in and his overall personality was a large part of my positive experience. Cormack is extremely professional and gets the job done.

Viktoria moved us and we are now also storing furniture at their site. We were very pleased with the services that we received starting with Maria, as well as Maeve in the office and I think Cormack (a very helpful Irish fellow) and the team - I apologize that i cannot remember the other fellows names. It started with the packing up and then the move went well, we were downsizing so it was a difficult but the guys could not have been more helpful - as we still had too much when we got to the condo! Cormack organized getting the beds put together for me and making sure i was settled before they left. We had to visit the storage recently and Cormack again helped us move some things around and loaded up on the truck. We have recommended them to friends and who have used them and both been very happy.

The cost was as estimated for 3 men and a truck and the men (Adam, Dave and Scott) were energetic and friendly with a real 'can do' attitude - who could ask for more!!! I plan to have them again.

Absolutely the best moving experience I ever had.
The movers, Ted and Adam were professional, careful, respectful and efficient - and I mean these guys hustle - at the end of a 7 hour move, I still couldn't keep up with them! I highly recommend them.

My move with Viktoria was fantastic. I moved from a condo to a house. The team was on time, professional, courteous and even helped me with suggestions on where to place my furniture in my new home. They even checkes in with my concierge and saved me going through the elevator set up process. Really a great crew of guys. (I had booked a crew of 3).

Everything arrived in one piece, and after the move all my new walls were dent-free (yay no drywall patching!) And they moved some heavy pieces up my new curved hardwood stairs.

I've moved more than a few times, and I wish I had known about Viktoria sooner! Don't hesitate to book!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by Viktoria Movers. Paul and Yula did a great job, showing up on time and wrapping all of our furnishings to protect them for the 100 km drive to Dundas. No damage to furnishings or building property. My parents will be moving in a few months and we'll definitely be using Viktoria Movers for their move.

I recently used Viktoria movers for my move. I can't say enough good about these guys. They worked very hard and did a great job. It was a long day, but they we're great all day long, very polite, careful with my furniture and did amazing job. After reading all of the reviews, we were expecting a stress-free day. Instead we experienced a nightmare because of the incompetence and rudeness of both movers and office staff.
We had taken almost all of our clothes, dishes, and other belongings to make the move of our 2 bedroom in Hamilton to Mississauga easier. On moving day, perhaps the only good thing was that the three-person crew, led by Howard, showed up on time in the morning. They then took over 5 hours to move just the furniture. The building only had a two-hour window for the elevator, and we were lucky because management had not booked another move.
We were ignored when we asked the crew to not disassemble certain furniture that was originally in one piece (and upon both transfer and reassembly was scratched numerous times - we still continue to discover scratches a month after our move!). It was going so slow that we ourselves offered to help out because it was obvious the movers if they could, would try not to even finish packing everything up that day!
The kicker was that the movers could not move our couch or upright piano because they did not know how to fit them into the elevator, and said that it was "impossible" to get them in. Because we were running so slow, and had already lost our move-in window for our condo in Mississauga, the movers left both pieces of furniture in Hamilton!
We came to Mississauga nearly 4 hours later than our booked time, and had to pay an additional $150 to obtain a new "4-hour window". Our movers were so horribly slow in taking up our furniture that the security guard on duty had to forcefully tell them to speed up. Building managers in both Hamilton and Mississauga told us that they had never seen such a slow crew of movers.
That night we told Howard of our extreme disappointment at the couch and piano being left behind (after all, they had gone up - they had to be able to leave our home too!). Howard promised that Tibor would be in touch, and he would be sure to make things right.
Oh boy, were we wrong! The receptionist the next morning was extremely rude, acted as if it was our fault, did not offer any help with the furniture left behind, and would not let us speak with Tibor or anyone else. Horrible customer service!
We instead decided to go with another moving company, who were able to move the piano and couch in and out of our place in 15 minutes. So much for it being impossible!
I am certain that many have had wonderful experiences with Viktoria. But be prepared for unhelpful staff, rudeness, and a lot of nothing if things do not go smoothly. Never again.
