During the lead up to our move we received wonderful customer service from our contact, Cormac. During the move, however, the movers (who were, to their credit, very polite and respectful of our property) accidentally broke our TV. The company replaced it within a week as promised - but our issue is that they replaced it with an older version that they admittedly had found on Kijiji, which appeared to be the company policy. Getting them to schedule a pick up for the rented Frog Boxes was another frustration, as we had them in our house for 2 extra weeks. They are currently in the process of rectifying these issues which we are happy to see.
