Mr. Electric of GTA West

The service that I have received from both the office and the electrician was absolutely excellent, and the price was very reasonable. My electrician, Devin Cristobal was friendly, polite, efficient and helpful. I will recommend Mr. Electric to others and will absolutely use the service again for all of my future electrical needs.

Mr. Electric made me regret not calling them earlier. When I called and explained my electrical issue, they sent an electrician the same day. The electrician's name was Devin. He came and spoke my husband for about half an hour. Devin asked all right questions, and gave all the right answers. My husband was so impressed. He when into both my attics, crawl space and squeezed behind my stove to try to find the shortage in my wiring. He went up and above what we had expected. By the end of the day, we had full power to places in my house where there wasn't for almost 10 years. Not only did the electrican do an amazing job, he didn't even leave a mess. To say I was happy to have hire Mr. Electric would be a huge understatement! Thanks you so much!

Needed a sensor light installed, in addition to some miscellaneous electrical work done around home.

Wonderful company! From my initial interaction with Susan, to the electrical team of Devin and Brennan, I was very impressed at how thorough and knowledgable the team was. Great quality of work and awesome customer service and engagement. Would definitely use them again!!

Soffit light were old, corroded and some no longer worked. Adrian quickly found replacements and made the installations. He was very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Susan, Dispatch Manager, was very responsive and provided timely information as the work proceeded. I was hesitant about paying a fee in advance to obtain a quotation but everything worked out okay.

On Apr. 6, while I was at work, the load side conductor in my
electrical box on the outside wall of my house blew apart and a hole
burnt in the bottom of the meter base. Toronto Hydro, who came by at 10.30 pm on this rainy, cold and windy night and made the site safe, informed me that I needed to call an electrician to do the repairs. I had partial power (lights in some rooms) but the furnace and all appliances did not work.
The next morning, Friday, Apr. 7 (before the weekend) I looked for an electrician, who would come on a short notice, and found Mr. Electric. I like the reviews and decided to give them a call. They had never done any work for me but said that they would send an electrician within 1 hour. Adrian arrived within one hour. From the moment he knocked on my front door, assessed the problem and discussed the issue with me I knew that I was in good hands. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and explained in detail what needed to be done. He and the staff in the office made immediate arrangements with Toronto Hydro to have the power disconnected and to source the right box and supplies needed for the repair. Adrian worked diligently all afternoon, even wanted to
wait until Toronto Hydro would come back to reconnect the power.
He also replaced a switch in my laundry room.
I highly recommend Mr. Electric and their electrician Adrian
to anybody who needs electrical work done.

Installation of an outdoor rated electric vehicle charging station approximately 80 feet away from back of house. Work was completed on time within budget and to satisfaction of independent electrical inspector.

My parents had an outlet not working and it turned out to be a problem with the wiring in their older house. We had a quote from someone who we felt was not really trustworthy when the prices quoted started changing. I found this company on Homestars and was very happy to hear that they charged a set amount per outlet and there would be no surprises for my older parents. It was great that they sent out an email with the technicians name and photo so they would feel comfortable and safe when the person arrived. They also included a certificate for our insurance saying the work had been done which wasn't included with the other guy. Very happy with the service received.

We needed an electrician to come to our warehouse and hook up a forklift battery/charger and Gerry was quick to arrive! He figured out the problem and solved it almost immediately. Gerry was in and out and he was very professional. We were very satisfied with Gerry and Mr.Electric.

Reguested technician Devin Cristobal as we have used him before and found he is excellent in customer service and work done. He des cribes his work and suggests ways to improve or if you ask about a future job he will explain and make suggestions. Would definitely have all our electrical work done by Mr. Electric if all employees are like Devin. Also email communication is through.
