Chimney Cleaning - one time & tried for a 2nd time...but NOPE!

My Husband and I had this company out in early September to clean the chimney of a house we just bought. The onsite work was good. They were given my Husband's phone number, as he was home during the cleaning.

Well, as first time wood stove users, we mucked something up and needed it cleaned again.

I proceed to call in, and provide another phone number, as Tina said John would call me to talk about my smoke issue. After I called in again, Tina didn't have the right phone number again. Gave her the right number again.

John called & then came out and confirmed my chimney needed to be cleaned again. I appreciated this.

I booked a visit, provided my phone number again. This is the Second - Forth time, I've provided a different phone number!

Well the day of the cleaning comes, and its Noon. No one has showed up, so I call.
Tina, says, I left you a voicemail. No one has called me at the phone number that i have provided 2-4 different times previously. She left a voicemail AT THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER AGAIN!! <--this is why i DO NOT recommend this company.

I had left a voice message with you a week ago wishing to discuss the details of your complaint and determine a solution that works for you. From your review and speaking to our scheduling person, it appears that our scheduling person had written your phone number down improperly on one occasion and I am very sorry that this had happened. When she called you to re-schedule the last appointment, she called the last number that you called her with. We are very concerned about how our customers are treated, which is why I visited your home to assess your smoke issue without charging you a fee. Customer service is one of our top priorities and we are disappointed to learn that you had anything less than a stellar experience with us.
