My furnace required changing and after getting a few quotes I contacted Convertible after reviews I read online about them. My initial contact with Convertible was with Sam. I called to get an idea as to what it would cost to get a furnace installed. He provided me all the information I was looking for and
so I setup an appointment to have an estimate done. Sean was the sales person who came and over to my home. Sean took his time to explained to my wife and I our options. Being unsure as to what product I wanted
I asked them to give me a few days to decide. There was no upsell or pressure on me to go with them. They returned all phone calls promptly to the many questions I had. Once we decided which product to go with their
amazing installers Kamil and James came over. They were on time and provided us with a first class installation. As I was told many times, you need a quality installation. That's definitely what I received from them.
These guys are EXCELLENT!!! You can shop around, but I can honestly say, GO WITH CONVERTIBLE. I am a hard sell, and they won me over with their expertise in this business, honesty, courteous and trust. Thank you to Sam, Sean, James, Kamil and everyone at Convertible for making this possible. Marnie Amodeo sold us our system. She visited our home twice and patiently answered all of our many questions about models, efficiencies and cost comparisons. She answered our emails and calls. She did not try to sell us anything we did not need. The advertised specials for our total system costs were about $1,000.00 less than other competitors. The installers Kamil and John were excellent - on time, professional, shoes off, efficient, answered our questions - solved our exterior venting problem beautifully for a few extra dollars. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Convertible Heating to our family and friends without hesitation.

Atta from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning arrived to evaluate why water was leaking from my air conditioning unit. He easily discovered the problem, explained what was causing it and fixed it very quickly. This is the second time I have used this company (first time for furnace repair) and have been very pleased with their service.

I hired Convertible Heating and Air to replace my old water heater with a new Inline water heater. They where very professional and did an excellent job installing the unit. I forgot the installers name but he did a great job, very clean and you can tell it was installed professionally.

We had a brand new A/C and furnace installed by convertible heating. Chris the salesman who first came and gave us a quote, was fantastic, friendly and helpful. The installation was done in less than 8 hours including removal and instructions for registering our new units. They also helped us to send away the paperwork for the opa rebate. Great company, Great prices and Great people. Highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Quote was competitive, Financing options were thoroughly explained as well as product options. Installers were on time, pleasant, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after finishing installation of quality products. Would highly recommend to anyone. 5 star service. We did not know where to start when we needed a new furnace and water tank, then Marnie (General Manager) came along and made it easy for us. She gave us a list of different options and explained what would be best for us. After she helped us decide which one to go with we had our new furnace and water tank installed by very efficient installers. They knew what they were doing and were courteous and respectful in our home. I would highly recommend this service to friends and family.

Salesman Gary White was very prompt in providing a quote and very informative in describing the various equipment available to us. There was no pressure in us making a decision.
