My old furnace was on its last legs so decided to replace it before it died. I contacted a few companies and I was quoted astronomical figures at that point my sister recommended Convertible Air. Sean came to visit, he was very professional and courteous. He walked me through all the options available and didn’t push any option. The quote was very reasonable too. Installers came on the day of the appointment and did a great job no mess no fuss. I am one happy customer and highly recommend them. Keep up the great work!

I am in the home building industry and did shop around for some quotes and felt that the sales rep Sean was very knowledgeable about all the different types of units available to me and professional the way he presented himself and explained things out to us,price was right,installation was great ,units working fine, I would recommend Convertible Air and their staff to anyone.

I was attracted to this company thru a flyer. I had already done my homework to know what a reputable A/C should be. Convertible was an excellent choice. They carried American Standard, a great name in A/C. From the courteous and knowledgeable consultant, Sean, to the efficient and effective installer, Adam, we felt we were in good hands and look forward to using them for many years to come.

It turned out that we needed to replace the furnace and airconditioner. After we have received a hair raising quote from another companyy, we called CONVERTIBLE. Sean came to the house and gave us a very reasonable quote and great advise.
When the work was done, we could not have been more pleased. The workers were fast and very polite and efficient. They did a marvelous job and cleaned up after themselves. It looked like nothing happened that day. The appliances are in perfect working order. Sean called back to make sure that the equipment was registered for warranties. I just wanted to praise the installer "Adam" & his assistants for an "amazing" job they did on the installation of my Furnace & AC. He is a true gentleman and was very patient when repeating his answers to all my duplicate/triplicate questions.. They were on time & seemed to go that extra mile that is so rare lately.. I cannot thank him (them) enough and I couldn't be happier 2 months on after the installation.. thx again!!

I would give our sales guy Sean a 10/10, the crew that did the installation a 5/10 and the Dieter the technician that came back to fix the problems left by the first crew a 10/10. The installtion crew initially drllled holes for the exhaust and intake lines 2 feet from our HRV intake. When I asked the tech what the code stipulated the minimum distance was, he did not know or have the code manual with him. He had to call his office to find out it was 6 feet. So the hole drilled through our foundation was unusable and need to be patched. Also, the air gaps were not sealed properly between furnace and ductwork and the cement used to hold the PVC intake pipe in the foundation did not set properly and crumbled. Sean promptly dealt with issues and Dieter stopped by on his way back from vacation to fix everything. Much appreciated, Thanks Dieter.

Marnie, General Manager, came out to do a quote, provided answers to all my questions, and laid out best time to install based on available rebates. Was originally only going to install new Furnace and Tankless Water Heater, but based on age and efficiency of Air Conditioner, decided to go with all 3. Price was very competitive.
Install Technician, Deiter, was very professional, friendly and worked hard to complete the 3 jobs ahead of schedule all by himself. Originally estimated being out by 8pm on 2nd day, but was complete (cleaned and area looking like new) 4 hours earlier than estimate.
Great job guys, will recommend to my friends and family!!
