Furnace and Tankless Water Heater Installed
We like to do our research and received quotes from multiple companies, but the more we learned, the more Convertible Air became a clear favourite. From Michael's consultation to the installation and removal of the old furnace and water tank, Convertible was transparent, accessible, and professional. The installation team worked all day and, besides the two minute vacuuming job they left behind, the installation of the new appliances was tidy and exactly what we had discussed.
We had some difficulty balancing the system with the new furnace, but they were kind enough to troubleshoot and resolve our issue over the phone.
