I was looking at replacing my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater and received a few quotes, including Convertible which was referred by a friend. Many companies were trying to oversell me on a system that was more than is necessary. Chris did a great job in sorting out what I needed and gave good options on quality systems. Pricing was fair and that helped win the business. I also appreciated not being oversold on maintenance packages - of course the system needs to be maintained but it needs to be a reasonable amount at a fair price!
This week Rick and Charlie worked very well together and finished up in less time than expected, with minimal disruption to our work-from-home and school-from-home family. Great job.
