Furnace and water heater upgrade
Convertible installed a new furnace and a tankless water heater. They also upgraded the duct work in our home. Return vents were moved to more appropriate locations and adding additional vents were added. Air flow was noticeably improved in the house and the new appliances were moved to give use more usable room in the basement.
The consultation prior to purchasing was excellent. All our questions were answered honestly and we were provided several different options for the installation each with a different cost. After deciding on the option we were going with, the work was scheduled to accommodate other renovations. Convertible was very flexible throughout the process.
The installation team was professional and did excellent work. Everything was done as we had requested. Work was completed on-time and we are extremely satisfied with the results.
