Chris, our salesman, was honest, personable and efficient. He gave me a quote, did all the paperwork for the rebate program, set up the appointment for the install, explained everything I needed to know about my new system, and included all the costs. No hidden fees, I like that! The two fellows that came to install knew exactly what they were doing. They were professional, well organized, got the job done quickly and efficiently, cleaned up and kept everything neat. The energy audit was done and now I'm going to get back over $1700 towards my furnace! My home is now warm and my new furnace is working great, I can't wait to start up my AC.
