Michael was great, working in a time around a sick family. Kept in contact and came out for quote on my first available date. Was extremely knowledgeable and asked questions my other quotes did not. Quote was 40% lower than both competitors for the same unit.
Install was next day, installers on time and polite. Walked me through install and cleaned up after completion. My Mother in Law just had an install and now Convertible Heating a\& Air Conditioning has two new satisfied customers
