We had a prompt visit to provide us with a quote for a new furnace and AC, after calling. We decided to proceed with Convertible because of their professionalism and what seemed like would be quality service. While the install took longer than anticipated (having to return a second day to finish), we were quite satisfied with the install and the furnace seems to be running well. One recommendation would be to offer the homeowner a space heater on the day they are installing the furnace, as the house drops quite quickly in temperature!! Overall a very positive experience.

Most installations only take one day and the temperature only drops 2-3 degrees. However, some jobs have unexpected delays and can take a bit longer; I'm pretty sure you had the furnace completed the first day, we only returned to complete part of the AC on the second day. Again, thank you kindly for trusting in our business and being part of our 50th year anniversary.
