Just had my new water heater installed and I'm really happy I selected Convertible to do the work. I received a number of quotes and this was the most competitive quote; one that was backed up with qualified and experienced staff. Michael provided three different good options to choose from. There is no hard sell for the pricer option here, which I appreciated.
Dieter the installer was fantastic. Arrived on time, did a great job and cleaned up. He persevered, even after hitting his head several times quite badly on the low ceiling.
