New furnace installation went well, Marnie was very professional and easy to understand. The installation team was professional and friendly. Our only hiccup was that the duct cleaning team that was sent did not arrive on our scheduled date; however, rescheduling was easy and the team arrived early on the rescheduled date. The duct cleaning team was also very friendly and professional.
