I needed a quick solution for cooling down the 3rd floor of a house. Marnie was amazing. She came right away during the heat wave despite her busy schedule, and did a thorough inspection. She and her installer determined that the space wasn't configured properly for a new ductless system that she was hoping for, so rather than take my money for something that wouldn't be ideal, or push me into something more expensive, she recommended I get portable AC units which ended up solving my problem. I am incredibly impressed with her integrity, knowledge and responsiveness and I would use them in a heartbeat for any HVAC work.
