I was in need of a new AC as well as furnace. Spoke with 4/5 Heating and AC companies with questions. Convertible was prompt, thorough, pleasant and very willing to answer all my questions. Price wise----middle of the road. Quality wise----very competitive. Accommodating re: installation---excellent. Installers arrived when they said, were courteous, experienced, and very clean with the installation and removal. All-in-all, a seamless experience. Thank-you Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning
