100% amazing from start to end!
Our A/C unit was not functioning during a very hot week. When we contacted Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning in the afternoon I was originally told someone would come out first thing the next morning (which I was happy to accept) but once the gentleman on the phone heard my baby in the background he immediately took it upon himself to prioritize my call and someone was at our place within hours.
The technician who arrived was absolutely wonderful. He not only got right to work but explained what had happened and also extended advice on our aging furnace which we have been worried about.
A company who demonstrates empathy with its customers is hard to come by these days and that is exactly what we received from Convertible. From the courtesy we received over the phone to the great service we received in house, we will only be using Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning going forward for all our heating and a/c needs!!
