New furnace, water heater and A/C
We called Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning on the advice of a friend who had used their services and was very happy.
We found the initial meeting to be very informative. Marnie Amadeo really knew her stuff, was extremely knowledgeable and was efficient in taking her measurements. Plus the price was right for us. She took time to answer our questions.
Installation day went smoothly. The two gentlemen who did the work were there exactly when they said they would be which made me very happy. And they were finished when they expected to be. They answered questions and left the work area tidy. I was amazed at how neatly the A/C was hooked up, as we had about 30' to travel through to outside.
Both my husband and I were very very happy with this company and would not hesitate to recommend them at all. What a pleasant surprise to find a company that takes pride in its work, and lives up to its promises.
