After lots of initial issues, teh company changed personnel who were on site and it made a difference. They have been responsive to defects in worksmanship and fixed the issues.

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate our customers taking the time to give us feed back. Since the time of your project, we have implemented new project management policies that help us stick to a timeline. We have also taken on much more stringent estimate and invoice reviews before they are shown to our clients.
That being said, we have always made every effort to make sure that we share full and complete information with all of our clients, as well as diligently endeavor to remain on our time line. Unfortunately, these mistakes sometimes happen in construction projects. Your project was definitely the exception and not the norm.
