Open concept first floor, new kitchen and HVAC
After serious consideration, I give OGC a 10/10 rating. Not because all was perfect without effort, that would be a 9 out of 10, but because OGC and I worked towards results I did not even imagine. Yes, the experience and end product went far beyond my expectations from the planning to the lived in look and feel. My house increased value beyond the investment, with a unique modern look thanks to the architect, designers and everyone on the OGC team. Phase 1 of my reno, an entrance addition was completed last summer. The amazing results made me ask OGC to pursue with Phase 2, open concept kitchen. I continued with OGC because if something is not right, the Project Manager ensures it is fixed to the customers satisfaction. I highly recommend OGC for their patience with my questions and changes, their explanation of options, recommendations, expertise, workmanship and attention to detail. All that deserves a 10.
