As a matter of convenience, Phil also provides Radon Testing Kits, which I was looking to acquire to test for Radon in my new home.
Phil also has his report ready & sent to you via email before he even leaves your home (how convenient!). The report is also done in the same format as that of TARION's online submission, thereby making it a very stress-free experience to submit the TARION warranty.
