We hired Phil to do a new build 30 day inspection. Phil and Randy performed the inspection and were both knowledgeable and professional. They explained everything concisely and focused on key systems. They managed to find some issues that were not obvious but important to find. This was precisely what we were looking for in an inspector and are grateful for their help. I would strongly recommend them.
