Phil and Randy did an excellent job completing the home inspection. They went out of their way not only helping me identity any deficiencies but also educating me about maintenance etc. They completed a home inspection for me few years ago and we were very happy with their service. They happily allowed me to follow them and explained everything he was checking/found. Same day after the inspection, they provided various files describing all the issues, including matching photos, and other additional Tarion documents.
