Phil and his partner provided me with an excellent walk-through during the home inspection assessment and answered all questions I had. Once the inspection was completed, the provided inspection report was detailed, easy to understand, and thorough. I'd also like to add that Phil has a great sense of humour and this made the inspection all the more relaxed.
