The Eavestrough Company

After seeing the number of positive reviews on Homestars, I contacted the Eavestrough Company to install gutter protection on our eavestroughs.

We have a large maple tree in our front yard that has not only a lot of leaves, but also maple "keys" that regularly clog up the eaves. Sometimes it's been so badly plugged that water overflows to our foundation (good thing we have a sump pump as otherwise we'd have a flooded basement!).

This company is honest and very responsive. An estimate was provided within a day of my original contact and the work was scheduled promptly. All gutters were cleared of dirt and debris and they didn't leave any garbage behind.

This review is long overdue. The Eavestrough Company did the eavestrough and gutter protection on my house months ago. I meant to post a long time ago. This company did outstanding work on my house. Price: Fair, Customer Service: Amazing!, and quality of the work: out of this world!

Wendell and his entire team were excellent. We (the board members) living in a town home complex chose this company to replace eavestrough and downspouts for 16 homes. We chose this company based on reviews, a referral and competitive pricing. Wendell went over the site, discussed materials, and gave constructive suggestions. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their quality of work. The team arrived on time, worked diligently, and completed the work within the time frame, along with cleaning the work site thoroughly. The new eavestroughs and downspouts look great and work wonders draining the water. We would recommend Wendell and his team to anyone looking for eavestroughs done on their property. Home owners are suggesting we continue to use this company to complete all town home units in our complex.

We contacted the company with our order & within days the job was completed to our great pleasure. It was a tricky job on our steel roof that also needed a snow guard installed. The timing was critical since the painters were coming the next week and this job needed to be done in advance of that. The personnel worked outside of business hours so as not to interrupt our schedule and made important recommendations about how the best complete the job.

My husband and I live in a subdivision that is quite new. Our house is only 6 years old. The eavestroughs began having issues after 3 years. The builder came back to repair several times but after 5 years, our warranty expired. Now we were left with the problem. We tried several companies but no one wanted to come to Niaraga on the Lake to look at them. In desperation, we contacted The Eavestrough Company and the lady on the phone was so polite and helpful. Faye arranged for Wendell to come out and look at them. His assessment was that the brackets had been installed far too far apart, a poor caulking used and the caulking done improperly. He also informed us that our downspouts were in the wrong place for drainage. We decided to hire The Eavestrough Company and take off our not very old eavestroughs and have it done right. The crew came out for the install and did a spectacular job. We watched them work and observed how far apart the brackets were spaced. Dusko also showed us how he caulks the corners. Tremendous! In the end, it was money we should not have to put out after only 6 years but we are happy it is now done right. Thumbs down to whoever our builder had do our eavestroughs! Two thumbs up to The Eavestrough Company for the job they did!

My wife and I were looking for a great eavestrough company for our 2 1/2 story century home. We stumble upon The Eavestrough Company because of their many good reviews. After a very professional quote, we hired them. The job looks to be done to perfection. The workers were very professional and efficient. My wife and I are very pleased with the work, service and price. We are glad we hired them.

After asking friends and coworkers for a good eavestroughing company, three of them mentioned the same company, The Eavestrough Company. I looked up their reviews here on Home Stars....STELLAR!!!! I phoned them and the woman on the phone was so polite and arranged everything. Wendal came out and provided a detailed quote and spent at least an hour answering our questions and the best options for us. The installers did excellent work and were very courteous to us as we watched them install some of the eavestrough. It was amazing to watch them form it out of the truck! If anyone asks me, I will definitely recommend them!

I called The Eavestrough Company based on their reviews at Homestars and I wasn't disappointed! Wendell and his office staff provided excellent service and were very professional. Dusko and Jasko arrived on time and tore down the old eaves and installed the new eaves within the day. Both were extremely friendly and did excellent work. All the metal scraps and debris were cleared from around the house and it was actually cleaner than when they arrived. Great work to all involved from a super happy customer who would recomend you to anyone!

VERY happy with the work done by The Eavestrough Company. The customer service I received was tops. Wendell answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns before I signed. The installer, Dusko, did a more than satisfactory job. The installation was completed and the clean up, thorough. In addition they noted a small repair in the sofit was needed. The repair was done at no extra cost. Thank you! It's hard to find good contractors who have all the qualities I look for but I think The Eavestrough Company's craftmanship, knowledge,pricing, and EXCELLENT customer service must be among the best. Would highly recommend.
