Randy Raccoon was determined to get in through our shingled roof next to the chimney. Based on the reviews on HomeStars, we reached out to Roofs on Homes providing a brief description of what we neededwe got a quick response from Marie, she asked for more details and explained a technician would swing by, examine and provide pictures of any damage and explain the scope of work required and provide a quote. Marie requested a picture or description of the colour and of our shingles that way Danny, the technician could have replacements on hand. As we live in a semi-detached, we asked if our neighbours roof could be examined as well.
Danny texted us to confirm appointment, when he arrived, he went over the process, took pictures, explained the damage and the repair with us and with our neighbour and provided a separate quote for each of us.
Thankfully, the damage wasnt too badDanny took pictures once the repairs were done and sent them to us. From start to finish, we experienced a friendly, no pressure, professional servicewhen our roof shingles need to be replaced, Roofs on Home will be our first call.
