They were also very communicative and kept us updated with progress throughout the day. They even noticed that we were missing a vent on the roof and we realized one of our bathrooms was venting into the attic and not through the roof. Dannys team got our approval to remedy this issue. They finished the same day and made sure they cleaned up the property.

I truly believe that the key to finding a good contractor is not whether everything goes perfectly but how they respond when things arise. For example, when the bin was being removed from our driveway, the worker accidentally damaged it a bit. He promptly informed Danny who called us and told us someone would come by to fix the damage. Our driveway was fixed within a week. Danny was also very kind to waive the cost of installing the bathroom vent for us, which we were completely taken aback by but so appreciated his kindness and customer service. We also had a section of flashing that wasnt secured against the brick (but it was more cosmetic than anything), and Danny sent someone by to come fix it. His responsiveness never waned after the job was done and he was paid.
