The work crew headed by John was on time, very polite and professional, did the work very efficiently, and left our home and the work area spotless! I would recommend them again unconditionally....thank you John and your assistant.

"You're in good hands" was what Kyle said to us after we put down the deposit, and boy was he right.

Initial meeting with Kyle was very positive, and he mapped out the options available to us. We were pretty much on budget till we started making changes. But they pushed forward, and still got the job done on time, even with the additional work.

Igor came out and mapped out the design in the basement, which was surprisingly helpful. We could really see it taking shape after that session.

Natalie, Kyle, Vitaliy, Igor and Maria answered all our questions and doubts from the beginning to end. Everything from tiles, doors, to budgets were addressed in a timely fashion.

The three teams were incredibly polite, professional and work extremely hard. They clean up after they are done every night, and were very accomodating to our schedule.

The basement looks great, and I would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

Finished Basement did an excellent job from start to finish. Our first contact was with Vitaliy who is very knowledgeable and gave us confidence that they would do quality work. The contract was very clear and everything was itemized so that we knew exactly what we were paying for and how much. The teams that do the work are highly skilled in their respective trades and take pride in the work they produce. They also listened to our ideas/needs and did work in a way that was in our best interest. They did not cut corners and used good quality materials. I was also very impressed by everyone's positive attitude and respect for our space. There was minimal disruption in our home while the work was being done and the space was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. They have an excellent work ethic and my basement was transformed in exactly 2 weeks. I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends!

We are a repeat customer and already knew to call on Igor and his team to completely finish our basement. They took care of everything, from the budget planning,discussion of our needs,through the design with Igor to suit what we needed and take best advantage of our space, to selection of style and types of materials,flooring,tile,accessories like sauna, fireplace, space for bar, and rounding everything up with fixtures,paint. Very experienced and efficient. I do have to mention the incredible professionalism of the teams/work crews that come to the house. The framers start,putting the space to reality and every night left the space clean tidy and swept every time. The electrician needs input and you can put in as much or little detail as you need. Drywall takes into account the duct work, vacuum system,structural restrictions enable them creativity and discuss all steps with us. Tape and finish team are also detailed and refined in the craft. Cleaning after every day. We love the passion each of the crew and team leaders display. They take this work seriously and treat it as art and it shows.
We had a 1400 sq ft basement transformed from old builders mouldy insulation and cold cement floors to completely luxurious living space with a home spa and exercise room and finished bar. All in about 14 days. I can't express enough how beautiful the finished job is. Details that are so numerous to detail. We are very happy and with the least amount of disruption for such a big project, would not trust anyone other than Igor and his team at finished basements. THEY ROCK!

Finished Basements did an amazing job on the basement. Nick's team finished in under 2 weeks and the workmanship was great. They arrived every day between 7:45 am and 8 am and worked until about 7 pm every night - Monday to Saturday. Each night, they swept or vacuumed the basement and left it as clean as possible and removed garbage on a regular basis. And upstairs, they lay down rolls of paper to ensure that my dark hardwood floors were protected. All vents were filtered and any remaining items in the basement were covered. Kyle who did the original quote was always available to answer questions and clarify things. Every item was detailed on the bill so you knew exactly what was done and the cost. The designs and recommendations made by Igor were well thought out and ensured maximization and usability of space. There were some minor issues that were dealt with very quickly and professionally. I had about 5 different estimates and Finished Basements was around the middle. But, what put them far ahead of everyone else was the guarantee to finish within a specific time frame - considering it was the last week of November and getting close to the holidays - this was a major factor. I was amazed by the transformation and speed and quality of the work. It's been almost 2 months since they finished - I and my family are truly enjoying the new space.
