Absolutely nothing to complain about with this company. From the first contact through their website asking for a quote to the follow up emails, the guys in the office were very prompt in answering and providing information. And then on moving day, the movers, Arty and Ilya were very punctual. They called about 30 mins before their scheduled arrival and got right to work. We had a 1 BR to move to another 1BR downtown. We had all the boxes ready to go for them. They wrapped what needed to be wrapped (TV, Sofa, Bed) and handled everything with care and respect. Overall the move was done in about 2.5 hours end to end. No time wasted at all! Elite GTA Movers don't have a lot of reviews compared to other companies, but I can see why the ones they do have rate them high. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Finished Basements did an amazing job on the basement. Nick's team finished in under 2 weeks and the workmanship was great. They arrived every day between 7:45 am and 8 am and worked until about 7 pm every night - Monday to Saturday. Each night, they swept or vacuumed the basement and left it as clean as possible and removed garbage on a regular basis. And upstairs, they lay down rolls of paper to ensure that my dark hardwood floors were protected. All vents were filtered and any remaining items in the basement were covered. Kyle who did the original quote was always available to answer questions and clarify things. Every item was detailed on the bill so you knew exactly what was done and the cost. The designs and recommendations made by Igor were well thought out and ensured maximization and usability of space. There were some minor issues that were dealt with very quickly and professionally. I had about 5 different estimates and Finished Basements was around the middle. But, what put them far ahead of everyone else was the guarantee to finish within a specific time frame - considering it was the last week of November and getting close to the holidays - this was a major factor. I was amazed by the transformation and speed and quality of the work. It's been almost 2 months since they finished - I and my family are truly enjoying the new space.
