Paul and his team did an amazing job adding a stone walkway and flower bed to our front garden. We hired Paul after seeing the work he did for our neighbours, and we delighted with our results.

Paul and the Falco Landscape Design crew did an amazing job on my front and back yard. I am not the kind of person who can maintain a grass yard, and I'm sure my neighbours would attest to that. There was a lot of overgrowth and weeds growing in my yards and I joke that missing milk carton children were in there. Thanks to everyone at Falco that is no longer the case. I tendered a few estimates that ranged considerably and chose to use Falco because he was very professional, knowledgeable. Paul was able to explain the process in detail and answered all of my many questions.

During the planning stage I gave Paul an idea of what I had in mind and he made some suggestions that worked out beautifully. In cases where our visions were not the same, Paul was conscious in ensuring the project would satisfy me, the client.

Paul and his crew were very professional during the project. There were a couple of unforeseen issues that caused them to arrive later than planned in the morning but this was not really an issue. The crew worked in to the evenings and an early Saturday morning as well to get the job completed. The job site was always left clean and tidy. Our yards presented some out of the ordinary challenges such as drastically uneven fences and city sidewalks but Paul was able to work around this. He went beyond his scope of his responsibilities to ensure these challenges did not compromise the outcome of the work.

I was extremely satisfied with the end result of the work. My yard went from two complete extremes and all of my neighbours have complemented me on it, one of whom has asked for Paul's information. Paul made sure I was satisfied by following up afterwards and offered to come back for any finishing touches should it be required but it was not necessary, everything was perfect.

I would highly recommend Falco Landscape Design. They are very skilled, knowledgeable and professional. You can trust that client satisfaction is their foremost priority. It was definitely worth spending a little bit more money.

My project was a complete backyard makeover. I selected Paul Falco to do the interlocking stonework after interviewing a total of 3 companies. The other 2 would have been acceptable but i felt like paul would be the best for me. I wanted the work done in late spring 2010 and paul was able to find time that worked for me.

Paul installed the interlockers the way i had instructed, but as it turned out my design plan really didn't accomplish what i had intended (not enough room for furniture, drainage not aggressive enough). As a result Paul agreed to rework the stone for me. Now the patio and barbecue area are exactly what i envisioned and the backyard gets used everyday.

I am a hands on kind of guy and was allowed to work alongside pauls people which i appreciated. I would recommend Falco Landscaping. I am attaching some pictures to show our project which is now nearly finished.

Having moved recently to Richmond Hill, my front and back yard was in need of a total makeover. An old hot tum was removed with a 12 foot circle of sane occupying the middle of my back yard. Weeds over 6 feet tall occupied most of my yard and grew through the stone in my back deck. Trees were overgrown, cement block which made up my pathways were crooked and overgrown with weeds. I could not even see my neighbour's backyards. The fron yard was no better. In short, I had the ugliest house in the neighbourhood. In 5 days Paul Falco and his crew completely renewed my yards. Now they are amongst the best in the neighbourhood. During his renovation, my neighbour also hred Paul to do some landscaping for her as well. I am very pleased with my yards now and my yard looks to be twice as big as before now thatit has been properly landscaped.

We are very happy with Falco Landscaping and the work that Paul and his team had done for us. He understood where we were coming from, from a budget standpoint and helped us by providing us everything that we wanted at a very reasonable price. Paul strived for our satisfaction. He was very thorough and covered all the bases. Overall, Paul was very professional and provided top quality work. We are definitely going to go with him again when we are ready to get more landscaping work done. Thanks again to Paul and his team. Great job guys!

I can't say enough about Paul and his crew. For the initial visit, he showed up on time, understood and listened to my job and was thoroughly professional. He emailed me a detailed estimate (when he said he would) and showed up on time with his highly skilled and courteous crew. As the job continued, I had minor changes that I wanted done and he was accomodating. My neighbours loved the changes to my front drive way and retaining wall. At the end of the day, his crew always left the job site spotless. He estimated that the job would take 3-4 days and he finished right on time. A fews days after the job was completed, he gave me a quick courtesy call just to make sure everything was satisfactory. Nice touch.

If you are tired of contractors who don't show up or don't call back, get Paul and you won't be dissappointed. Great guy and a true professional.

I must state, at the outset, that I am very picky. As a Professor of Aerospace Engineering I’m very hard to please, and have never given a perfect grade. Please bear that in mind; and also note that I am planning to have Mr. Falco do the landscaping in our back yard next year. I wouldn’t do this unless I was very satisfied.

Paul Falco completely kept his word and commitments. I was very impressed with the professionalism and experience displayed during the course of this project. The work was pursued continuously once it began. Also, Mr. Falco was on the scene during the course of this work, supervising and performing the same activities as his crew. I was home during the week, so I was consulted on a regular basis and involved with various design decisions. I also appreciated this; and we would every so often stand back and assess the project’s direction.

Mr. Falco saw to it that everything was well cleaned up and kept tidy. Also, Mr. Falco was extremely patient with my concerns and fussy design tweaks. We had a good dialog and he was ready to accommodate any reasonable changes. It is important to note that Mr. Falco and his crew are a bunch of good guys who are interested in delighting the client. Paul is intense, focused, and very good natured.

Mr. Falco’s mode of operation is very interesting, in that the entire plan is hand-drawn on a piece of 11” by 14” graph paper. Then, once the actual project begins, modifications are made in accordance with how it looks for real. I’m kind of used to this for engineering prototype projects, where sketches and white-board sessions guide the fabrication tasks. This is in contrast to other landscaping firms that produce detailed computer-generated plans. In truth, I think that Mr. Falco might be well served to combine the two methods. It might reduce the number of on-site design tweaks. Again, though, I’m speaking like an engineer.

In conclusion, I think that my front yard now looks awesome, at a very reasonable price. Also, Mr. Falco did a lot of small extra tasks for me which I appreciate. I didn’t want an unimaginative front yard, no matter how tidy. What I have now looks graceful and elegant. It was, all in all, a very positive experience; and I am definitely pleased to recommend Falco Landscaping.

Falco Contracting from the start of the project was very professional. From the design & build of our shed to the laying out of our patio. They take great care in their workmanship, and importantly in a timely fashion. The owner Paul Falco was always on site and always available if we had any concerns. They treat the work as if it were their own. Great Job!

My experience with Paul Falco was a breath of fresh air. Contractors who care are hard to find and Paul was here to please! I am what you would call a picky customer that had to change the plan a few times and Paul was patient with my requests. The job was start within the time frame that was promised and completed in the 3 to 4 days allowed with a high quality finish and perfect clean up. I would recommend Falco Landscaping Design to everybody and anybody!
