We've used Floor Coverings International for two projects over the past few months and are completely impressed with the service, response and quality of the work performed. We've gone through a number of renovations with other companies and each time they were frustrating and honestly, the old adage was true "contractors are like prostitutes, you don't pay them to work, you pay them to leave". This was never the case with Floor Coverings International.
The kitchen flooring project went smoothly without any major issues (rare for these types of projects) and the result I(see below) s fantastic. Catrina and Haley were awesome and had great design ideas! They ensured the final result was perfect, finding imperfections in the product that we didn't see and correcting them promptly!
Josh Nolan, the owner, was super responsive on every request from the first time we saw the van through to providing design insights, saving us time and money. Having the samples available in-home made the selection easy and actually, dare I say it, fun!!
After doing the kitchen floors, it became obvious that we needed carpet work done as well. Josh had samples the day he visited looking at the kitchen floors and within 30 days, new carpets were put in, replacing ten year old carpets with a new fresh look.
I can't recommend FCI enough!
