After other quotes, we were impressed by the representative. Daniel was very knowledgeable. Including assuring us of coverage in case of any accident or damage. Work was done when promised. Excellent work, looks great and all clean up done to our satisfaction.

I FOUND MARKSTONE TO BE A FAIR AND REPUTABLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. MY REP, DANIEL WAS PATIENT AND WORKED WITH ME TO CREATE THE VISION I AS WELL AS FOLLOWING UP WITH ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS 100% SATISFIED WITH THE COMPLETED PROJECT. EACH CREW THAT CAME WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THE OWNER HIMSELF CAME OUT TO INSPECT THE WORK. CREWS SHOWED UP WHEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD AND THE AREA WAS CLEANED UP NIGHTLY AS THIS WAS A 3 DAY JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND FELT THAT THEY CARED THAT THE JOB REFLECTED THEIR HIGH STANDARDS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GOALS.

I would like to start off by speaking with regards to the workers themselves, not even on the job quality of performance. The employees were very professional, very task oriented but also very personable and friendly. They would not treat you solely as a client but would relate to you on a human level and have a friendly conversation while working. This was very refreshing and appreciated and made our choice of choosing them for the job very comforting.

Aside from their personal characteristics and traits, the job was extremely well done. Every day they were up and ready to work early and very productive. They did not waste time and not once did I find them not being productive. Everyone had a job and everyone carried their own weight very efficiently as part of a team like clockwork and gears to bring the project together from all aspects. They did not cut corners or rush to compromise the quality of work and their reputation. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to have an excellent experience of professionalism, quality and people skills.

Found the add on a magazine and took a chance with Markstone. Daniel, the sales rep. , is very efficient, does not make any promises but delivers. I needed the work done before going back to work and he made it happened. The young guys that came to do the work, were all very nice and professional, pleasure dealing with them. The job was complete on time and done well. Would use them again in the future.
