PRM

First I must say that the owner of PRM is Paul and that he is very knowledgeable in what needed to be done. He was very friendly and worked his schedule around ours. He also went out of his way many times to help us with keeping our toilet in for use and helped when our tub was mis-ordered by the tub company.

However, they were never on time - ever and the finishing work / craftsmanship looked like i did the work myself (and i am poor at best).

If the finishing work had been better, then PRM would be awesome, but without being able to back up the knowledge, we regret going with them despite their excellent referals.

We are disappointed every time we look in our $6000 bathroom.
