We have a house with low ceilings and need to maximize spare most places didn't understand our vision but Joe sat down with us and took the time to make our dream kitchen come true . They even custom made and colour matched pantry door and trim for the kitchen better then we expected. Lead time is goin to be an issue with any very busy popular and not cookie cutter custom shops . If you take time with them and plan accordingly they will be your best choice

It started as an amazing experience. Janet came to my home to help design my kitchen. She was attentive and listened to me needs and wants. She came up with the perfect layout and placement for plumbing and appliances. It functions amazing and I would t change anything about it! She was very helpful with every detail. Cupboard design, knobs vs handles, colours. She even came to my home with samples of counters when I quickly changed my mind on style. The installers we amazing. Where it went wrong was that they were late installing (I could handle that). They installed my island less than 24 hours after sprayibg it and as a result it is chipped and awful looking within the first two weeks of using the kitchen. My counter has a flaw that they said was from the cleaner they used after installation and assured me it would go away. It didn't. Mostly what led me to this review was that after they had my payment all the amazing customer service qualities went out the window. They gave me the tailgate special. I was promised repair we always free as stated by Tim and that they stood behind what they did. It has been over a year and I have been given the run around since with my repairs that were needed just two weeks after install. I have had appointment made to come back and nobody showed up. I was given a number for a man who apparently didn't work for them anymore when I called him. The list goes on. All this completely diminishes how amazing my experience was with them before I paid my bill. Even though I expressed my concerns at that time, I was promised they stood behind what they create.... They do not!

The design and building of a new home is an overwhelming task. To meet someone in the process that is not only capable but who also does everything in her power to make the job easier and more pleasant is a great relief. Paula is such a person. She used her computer skills, interior design capabilities, and determination to design the kitchens that were perfect for our space and under budget. Yeah, Paula!

The kitchen looks gorgeous now BUT at the time of ordering the owner said 'yes' to everything without really listening to our specifications. There was a miscommunication with the drawer instalation and he misplaced a window which we had to replace. We are now pleased with the final outcome.
