Brick replacement

The bricks of our chimney bump-out were deteriorating and water was slowly seeping into our house. Clint provided a quote within hours of my request on Homestars. The price was a bit higher than other quotes I received but I went with Turnbull Masonry because their responses to my questions were promptly answered, they have a good reputation and were highly ranked on Homestars; and I was treated as a valued customer and not just another sale. From beginning to end, the work was professionally handled ie. Quote was fair, workmanship appears to be good, work was finished at the estimated time, cleaned up area afterwards and payment was not requested until I was satisfied with the work. Overall, a good experience provided by Turnbull Masonry and I would definitely use them again for my masonry issues.

Chimney repairs

Turnbull Masonry responded quickly to give me a fair quote on repairs to my two chimneys. The work was scheduled to start shortly after that and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. The team left the job site clean after.

A visit to the property was done and a quote provided within a few days after I contacted Turnbull Masonry. When I decided to move ahead, I was contacted right away and a date for the work was scheduled. I was called with expected time of arrival on the day of the job and when it was done I was emailed pictures of what was done. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the company and the work was very well done. I would absolutely recommend Turnbull masonry!

I called Turnbull Masonry and the next morning they came to look at what needed to be done. I had a quote 48hrs later and the job was done a few days after that. The service is friendly and honest and the work was done very well. I would definitely call them again in the future.

Porch steps were repaired and restored and drip edge created to prevent the deterioration from happening again.

Parging Work

Clint came out and was very kind answering questions and provided an estimate that worked within our budget. The team was wonderful and the work was completed quickly and professionally.
