I am certainly impressed by the way in which Mr. Heat conducts its business. The work they performed on my fireplace was exemplary and senior technician, Nimo Mianrazi, is also well mannered and polite. A true gentleman who is an asset to the company!

Even when the need arose to call them back for a second look at the repair their response was friendly and accommodating. I would suggest that it is indeed rare to find high standards of genuineness and reliability in today’s business world, but Mr. Heat really delivered on all fronts.
