Really great customer service. We used them for exterior painting. The quality of the work was great, but unfortunately (as we found out later) some of the product was lacking and the deck peeled in several places. Even though the warranty excluded decks, Encore Painting agreed to re-stain the deck because of the faulty product with a new, better product without any issues. The other exterior work (done with different paint product) was excellent. I was really impressed that they honoured the warranty. I intend to use them again for other work because I know they'll stand behind the quality of their work.
