After getting multiple quotes, we chose London Eco Roof. Although it has not been on too long, we are very happy with our roof up to this point. After comparing many styles, we like the look of London Eco Roof. The salesman Kham was very friendly and the crew that came from Quebec to complete the job were very hardworking. We would definitely recommend to others.

Our roof was replaced in June 2013 by London Eco-Roof. The job itself was good but we were told by Peter, their sales representative who we signed our contract with, that their company offered an incentive of $100 for each referral that leads to a sale. We recommended 2 neighbours who had their roofs replaced shortly after ours. We followed up with Peter as well as with the company via email and phone regarding the referrals, but we did not receive any response. This is why we gave the company 1/5 stars for recommendations for friends and family.

Professional start to finish, from the estimate to the finished product. Expectations were set early. Crew leader answered all questions and kept us informed throughout the job. Extreme cold didn't stop excellent work. Overall, very impressed.

We are very pleased with our new roof, looks wonderful. The workmen were great, addressed all our questions and concerns. The work was completed in a timely fashion considering the adverse weather conditions we had at the time.

Our salesman, Rick, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was prompt in coming to see us when we called, but there was no pressure to make a decision until we were ready. The workmen were pleasant and hardworking and finished the job in a timely manner despite the cold and snowy weather. We are happy with the look of our new roof.

Our sales rep Robert said the roof will be done in 6 wks. We signed the contract Sept 21 and only done in December 22. The time line he had given was very inaccurate. We did not even received a phone call for follow up; instead I had to call several times. He kept on saying we are next in line. He also mentioned that Derek, the installation anger will come and re-measure the roof to make sure that he got the right measurement, so this is what we were expecting; but did not happen. After several calls Robert called us first week or second week of December saying that because of the holidays, my roof would be done in January 2015. I told him frankly that we are so frustrated an that if we only knew, we could haWe signed a contract to be done in spring and not winter time. He then called me again that they would do the job before Christmas. The following day they dropped the materials on my drive way and again We were frustrated because they did not even bother to cover it knowing that there would be a heavy snow the following day. Finally after again few days they came and finished the job. One of my neighbours mentioned to me that it's already dark but the guys were still working and they were wondering how could it be done properly. When the guys finished, the gutters were messy, the snow guards on the roof over my garage was not installed. So we had to call them again. By the way we did not even received a phone call to say that they would come that day to start the job.

I called this company to get a quote since my decision was made that due to premature wear of our asphalt singles our next roof would be a metal. This company had done a job not too far from my place. My wife and I were really impressed with the presentation we had from Ryan S. the rep of the company that came over to our place. There was absolutely no pressure on his part plus he was very knowledgeable of his product and also of his competitors products. We called him after a few days and he came back to have us sign the contract. Before the tentative date he had given us we received a call from the Ottawa office that the installers would be at our place soon. The material was delivered and the installers showed up on time. They were very polite, respectful and professional. The job site was left clean every night before they left. After it was all done the installer and I did a final walk around to make sure everything was done right and the site had been left clean.
My wife and I are totally satisfied!

Salesman was good, knew his stuff. I had researched a great deal ahead of time. They put the first part up and said they would be back the next day. 5 days later they returned (not too convenient as we had company by then). They were missing pieces and did't come back till after we called and it was about 2 weeks. I didn't like the trim on the turret and the salesman said he would see if there was something else they could do. We never heard from him again. They never picked up their sign or the giant 16 ft skid which is now at the side of my house.

I am so glad I chose this company out of 3 potentials; not only was the job done in a timely manner, but the pricing, the skilled workmanship and guarantees given by my salesman was unbeatable. The job is done to perfection and all my neighbours are complimentary. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a professional roof on their home.

I just had my roof replaced and am totally thrilled with the results. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, the installation crew was fast, efficient and courteous. What a refreshing change from past experiences with home projects. I would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about a new roof.
