Andy is and was amazing. I gave him a 7 before, years ago but that was my mistake. He has done another house. He's punctual, helpful and does a great job. Sorry Andy! In addition, my previous comment yrs ago, that the paperwork was incorrect by Andy is/was incorrect. Andy did exactly what he said he was going to do, shingle and paperwork wise.

asked andy to come to fill in the paperwork from the job he did yrs ago that I noticed wasn't completed fully. he came immediately even tho the job was yrs ago. I asked his opinion on why the eaves is leaking onto the patio stones & how I can rectify it. I also showed him a pic I took this morning of a gap in a shingle where moisture could seep in. He told me both were not a problem. He told me that beads dripping from the eaves is becuz they r uneven but it is normal? I said the neighbour's does not. He said the space where the shingle is exposed is ok too. Not sure what to make of this other than maybe he wanted to get home soon & not interested. I think the dripping eaves has to be corrected. This is disappointing because you can't have beads dripping but I do appreciate him coming asap to sign the paperwork that should have been completed yrs ago. I"m not even sure if my rating is fair since I can't determine if this leak is a huge problem or not myself but I really don't think it should leak at all. The fact that the paperwork wasn't filled in, I should have noticed at the time, but also disappointed that they weren't able to tell me when it was done either.
